The length of a project depends on several factors. The availability of the material, the design required, the time it takes to produce the project and our workload all impact the turnaround time. We try to finish each project as quickly as possible, and our timelines range from a couple of hours to a few weeks.

You will need a sign permit from the city your business is located in when you are looking to install a new sign that is attached to the outside of the building. You don’t need a sign permit if the sign is just being updated with the same type of sign. For example, if you are changing the artwork on an LED backlit sign box over a storefront, it does not require a sign permit. Installing a completely new LED backlit lightbox, however, would require a sign permit.

We will provide you with a quote for your project, which you then respond to with your acceptance and make the required down payment. This can be made by credit card, cheque, cash, or ETF. Once we have received confirmation and payment, we will start work on your project.
